Clean
The AMP™ electric mower requires no gasoline or oil to run or maintain. The electric mower eliminates fumes, potential spills, mess, annual maintenance time and costs, and trips to the gas station.

Easy
The AMP™ Rider electric mower is easier than driving a car.  Unplug the charger, turn the key to "on", and begin mowing. When finished, plug the AMP™ Rider electric mower back into the charger and let it automatically charge overnight. 

• The AMP™ charger fully charges the batteries in 16 hours; it automatically shuts off and hibernates when no charge is required.
• During the "off-season," simply leave the electric mower plugged into the charger. The charger ensures the batteries remain fully charged, extending the life of the batteries.

Powerful
The AMP™ Rider electric mower delivers as much drive and cutting power as a conventional gas-powered riding mower.  The AMP™ Rider's can cut an acre lawn in one hour, but its overall cutting time averages up to 75 minutes.  

Cutting Deck
AMP™ Rider Electric Mower features a 34" wide twin blade cutting deck with Marbain® steel cutting blades which are specially hardened to extend optimum cutting sharpness.  The blade deck on the electric mower features more precise quarter-inch height adjustments from 1.5" to 4.5".

Batteries
The AMP™ Rider electric mower has five 48-volt VRLA (valve regulated lead-acid) packs, comprised of four 12-volt AGM (absorption glass mat) batteries. The AGM design was originally developed for military aircraft where power, weight, safety and reliability were critical. The AGM battery design on the electric mower eliminates sloshing and potential spillage from tipping.

Motors
The AMP™ Rider electric mower has three motors: one 4.0 hp traction motor and two 1.7 hp spindle motors. Combined, these three motors deliver the same drive and cutting power as a conventional rear engine rider gas mower.

Steering and Controls
The AMP™ Rider electric mower features a conventional steering wheel design to make the electric mower easier to operate and features a battery level indicator that gives the operator an early warning via a flashing indicator light approximately 10 minutes before battery is totally discharged.
